Constitutional Assembly Agora

The project consists of a total of 13 floors that were specially designed to be utilized and enjoyed to the fullest, in keeping with the current urban lifestyle of the area where it is located. It consists of 55 one-bedroom units spread across floors 1 through 11; all units in the building feature private terraces. The ground floor houses the reception area, a courtyard with access and bicycle parking, a multipurpose room with a barbecue, an open terrace, and a restroom. It offers a panoramic view of the city.

Cordón is a downtown shopping district featuring international chain restaurants and popular stores, as well as craft shops selling yerba mate containers and Uruguayan leather accessories. The nightlife includes traditional wine bars and modern breweries. The Stella D’Italia Theater, built in 1895, hosts plays and concerts, while the large Natural History Museum displays minerals, fossils, and stuffed animals.
