Tribeca by Block

The Tribeca Building is located in a prime spot in Cordón, at the corner of Martín C. Martínez and Víctor Haedo. It’s in a rapidly growing area, just steps away from the vibrant dining scene and universities, and just a few meters from Avenida Artigas, one of the city’s main thoroughfares. The building has 10 floors, with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, and optional garage spaces. On the top floor is a communal barbecue area, complete with a kitchen, grill, terrace, and sun deck.
