KATARA BUILDING ­­­­ Katara is a building located in downtown Montevideo, near 18 de Julio Avenue, the city’s main thoroughfare, ensuring excellent access to all public and private services. The building consists of a ground floor and 8 floors of apartments. The top floor features units with expansive views and a multipurpose room (SUM) with a spacious sun terrace. The residential complex consists of 75 units: 61 one-bedroom units, 13 two-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom unit.
