Tres Cruces Plaza is a new off-plan development offered at cost. It is located at the corner of Miguelete and Defensa, facing both streets. It will feature 1- and 2-bedroom units facing both streets on the first four floors, 2- and 3-bedroom penthouse units on the fifth floor, plus ground-floor commercial spaces and underground parking. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2024, and the project is expected to take between 24 and 26 months to complete. Regarding payment terms, the escrow trust structure offers financing during construction that follows a set payment schedule. The cost is paid in installments during construction until its completion. The payment schedule is 30% upon joining the escrow trust, followed by 10 bimonthly installments of 7% during construction. The estimated cost already includes occupancy and connection fees, as well as the post-construction warranty fund.

Tres Cruces is a neighborhood in Montevideo. The name of the area is associated with Uruguay in the early 19th century: in 1813, the “Congress of Tres Cruces,” also known as the “Congress of April,” was held there, during which Artigas issued his Instructions of the Year XIII.
